このページは、SUNNY内のCasa Wisteria #001公開実験で予定している情報の取り扱いを説明するものです。受付開始前に運用条件を確定し、変更があればこのページを更新します。
This page describes the planned handling of information for the Casa Wisteria #001 public experiment within SUNNY. Operating conditions will be finalized before submissions open, and this page will be updated if they change.
フォームの入力途中の内容は保存しません。受付開始後、送信操作が正常に完了した時点で回答を保存する設計です。フォームとは別に、匿名のセッションCookieと閲覧イベントを使って利用状況を集計します。
Unsubmitted form entries are not saved. Once submissions open, a response is designed to be saved when submission completes successfully. Separately from the form, anonymous session cookies and visit events are used to aggregate site usage.
収集する予定の情報Information we plan to collect
- 購入意向の確認に必要な連絡先Contact details needed to follow up on purchase interest
- フォームで申告する居住国・地域Country or region of residence provided in the form
- 購入希望額・通貨・資金調達方法・時期などの条件Indicated price, currency, financing method, timing, and other purchase conditions
- 任意で記入するコメントOptional comments
- 匿名セッションID、イベントの種類・時刻、事前に定めた区分の流入元（SUNNY、OpenSea、YouTube、紹介、不明など）An anonymous session ID, event type and time, and a traffic-source category from a limited predefined list, such as SUNNY, OpenSea, YouTube, referral, or unknown
居住地は本人の申告に基づきます。ウォレットやIPアドレスから国籍を決めつけません。コメントには、本人確認書類、口座情報、ウォレットの秘密情報などを書かないでください。
Residence is based on your own declaration. Nationality will not be inferred from a wallet or IP address. Please do not put identity documents, bank account details, or wallet secrets in comments.
利用目的Why we use this information
購入意向や条件の確認、重複・テスト回答の整理、経路別の利用状況と希望額の集計、修正・削除の相談対応に使う計画です。セッション数は実際の人数とは分けて扱います。
We plan to use the information to clarify purchase interest and conditions, identify duplicate or test responses, compile traffic and price-indication statistics by channel, and handle correction or deletion requests. Session counts will be treated separately from actual numbers of people.
閲覧などの計測イベントに、連絡先・希望額・コメント本文は保存しません。任意のURLや自由入力の文字列を流入元として記録せず、決められた区分に限定します。
Visit and other analytics events do not store contact details, indicated prices, or comment text. Traffic sources are restricted to predefined categories, rather than arbitrary URLs or free-text values.
閲覧できる人と、公開する範囲Access and publication
個別の回答と連絡先は、実験運営者が管理画面で確認する情報として扱います。一般公開ページには載せません。個別データにアクセスする担当者を必要な範囲に限定する運用を予定しています。
Individual responses and contact details are intended for the experiment operator's administration area. They will not appear on public pages. Access to individual data is planned to be limited to staff who need it to operate the experiment.
公開する予定なのは、個人を特定できない集計結果です。少人数の区分や自由記述から個人が推測される可能性がある場合は、区分をまとめるか公開を控えます。個別の連絡先・コメント本文を自動公開しません。
Only aggregate results that do not identify individuals are planned for publication. Where small groups or free-text details could identify someone, categories will be combined or publication withheld. Individual contact details and comment text will not be published automatically.
メールと外部サービスEmail and external services
フォームの送信機能は、回答を保存するためのものです。確認メールの送信、企業へのメール送信、外部サービスへの自動連携は行いません。取材先への問い合わせや返答の公開は、別の確認手続きを経て行う計画です。
The form's submission function stores responses. It does not send confirmation emails, email organizations, or automatically pass information to external services. Interview outreach and publication of replies are planned as separate processes with their own checks.
CookieについてCookies
フォームを送信しなくても、同じブラウザの利用をセッション単位で整理するための匿名セッションCookieを利用します。Cookie自体に連絡先やコメント本文は入れません。これはフォームの入力途中の内容を保存する仕組みではありません。
An anonymous session cookie is used to group activity from the same browser into sessions, even without a form submission. The cookie does not contain contact details or comment text. It is separate from the form and does not save entries while you type.
Cookieはブラウザの設定から削除できます。削除や別ブラウザの利用により、同じ方でも別のセッションとして数えられる場合があります。
You can delete cookies in your browser settings. Deleting a cookie or using another browser may cause the same person to be counted as a new session.
保持期間の案Proposed retention period
実験終了から12か月を目安に削除する方針です。売買成立後の契約書類は別管理とします。実験の終了日はまだ決まっていません。これは運用上の目安であり、自動削除の実施を示すものではありません。確定した終了日と取り扱いは、実験の案内とともに更新します。
The proposed policy is to delete experiment data approximately 12 months after the experiment ends.Documents relating to a completed sale will be managed separately. The experiment's end date has not been set. This is an operating target, not a statement that automatic deletion is in place. The confirmed end date and handling arrangements will be updated with the experiment information.
